The cases that Bruce are most proud of are those that make Arkansas safer. He once traveled to New Zealand to track down a truck driver (who left the country) and expose a company's practice of ignoring hours of service limitations. After a railroad crossing case, a railroad company installed crossing guards at a dangerous crossing. He pioneered dram shop (illegal sale of alcohol) cases in Arkansas causing liquor stores and bars to establish strict procedures for checking IDs, preventing sales to minors. Holding a degree in economics from the University of Arkansas, Stuart developed his administrative and management skills while working for several years as a manager at a local running specialty store.

Stuart brings extensive experience to his role as Legal Assistant and Office Manager, ensuring that all details of our clients' cases are taken care of, allowing Bruce to focus on what he does best.

Briseis graduated from the University of Arkansas with her BA in Communications and is now attending the University of Arkansas School of Law.
