The cases that Bruce are most proud of are those that make Arkansas safer. He once traveled to New Zealand to track down a truck driver (who left the country) and expose a company's practice of ignoring hours of service limitations. After a railroad crossing case, a railroad company installed crossing guards at a dangerous crossing. He pioneered dram shop (illegal sale of alcohol) cases in Arkansas causing liquor stores and bars to establish strict procedures for checking IDs, preventing sales to minors. Holding a degree in economics from the University of Arkansas, Stuart developed his administrative and management skills while working for several years as a manager at a local running specialty store. Stuart brings extensive experience with him to his role as Legal Assistant and Office Manager to ensure all details of our client's cases are taken care of and Bruce is free to do what he does best.

Demetrius graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Business Economics in 2020 and has been a team member at the firm since September 2022. Working closely with Stuart, he spends most of his time “on hold” with State Farm. Demetrius is currently attending Uark once more, studying Finance in graduate school.
