Division

cracking, which in turn can lead to flooding and property
damage.

connection with alleged defective refrigerators. The suit
alleges that the refrigerators contain defective ice makers
and that the temperature controls fluctuate which leads to
flooding and property damage of homes. The suite makes
claims on behalf of all persons in the United States who
purchased a side-by-side refrigerator manufactured by
Whirlpool since 2000 and sold under the Whirlpool, Kitchen
Aid and Roper brand names.

Experience
Matters
If
my firm takes your case, you can rest assured that it will
be aggressively pursued through trial, if necessary. I only
accept cases that I personally believe to be meritorious.
The majority of the cases I handle involve very serious
claims related to personal injury and wrongful death. In
many cases, the passage of time can allow valuable evidence
to disappear, and in such cases, it is critical that
evidence be gathered quickly. Do not hesitate to give me a
call to discuss your case without obligation.
